Question:
I didn't receive an email notification when my Event
was posted by the lab.
Answer:
An email notification is automatically sent by our
servers to the email address that is shown in your Online Manager's
'Contact/Billing Info'. (Check to be sure it's correct.)
If your email address is accurate, it is most likely
that the email has been screened by your email virus/spam filter or you may
not have recognized the email since it was from
'info@yourproimages.com'.
The email that is sent will look like this:

Please be sure that your spam filter isn't rejecting this email and that
it's not being accidentally deleted from your email software.
